Joining Silent Hand
Reviewed first.Connected to you.
Masjids, schools and food banks can join, along with nonprofits and other organizations.
Submit your organization.
Provide its name, city and type, its EIN, and whether it accepts Zakat. Choose from masjid, school, food bank, nonprofit or other.
Wait for review.
Your organization stays pending while Silent Hand reviews and verifies it. Submission alone does not make a cause available for giving.
Complete secure payment setup.
After review, follow Stripe's hosted onboarding to connect your organization's own account. The bank account details and EIN requested on those pages go to Stripe, not to Silent Hand.
Receive your Verified badge.
Once review and payment setup are complete, your organization receives a Verified badge. Donors can choose it as a cause.
See payouts in your own dashboard.
Gifts are paid directly to your own verified account. Check payouts in your own payout dashboard. Silent Hand's 3% fee is split off per donation into its own account.

The account stays yours.
There is no pooled donation account. Silent Hand never holds donations in its own balance.
Your bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure, encrypted pages, never on Silent Hand. Payouts are visible in your own payout dashboard.
