Zakat and Sadaqah

Give with intention.Keep a clear record.

A gift from a bill can be marked General, Sadaqah or Zakat. Your intention stays with the gift in your giving history.

A place for each kind of giving.

Choose an intention when you set a gift aside. General and Sadaqah gifts can go to the causes you choose.

Charities are marked as Zakat eligible or not. A gift marked Zakat can only go to a Zakat-eligible cause.

A goal chosen by you.

Set an annual Zakat goal and track what you set aside against it during the calendar year.

Silent Hand does not calculate how much Zakat you owe. For questions about what counts as Zakat, speak with your scholar or imam.

The year, in one summary.

See your giving by intention and by cause. Keep the year summary for your own records, or share it if you choose.

It is a record of your giving, with the goal you chose alongside your progress.

Your annual goal

A little at a time.A view of the year.

Keep the goal and the giving together. Your progress shows what you have set aside, so you can return to it throughout the year.
